Site Policies

As of May 25, 2018 - Lambda Learning Space now has a Site Policy which must be consented to in order to access learning materials.


What do I need to do?

After signing in, you will see your courses as usual; however, once you have clicked into a course, you will be prompted with out Site Policy.

Read it over, and make sure you understand how we collect data, what we do with it, and who you are able to contact in the case you have questions.

Once you finish reading, click the Agree/Consent option, and you will be directed to your courses.

If you Disagree/No Consent, then you will be logged out of the system. However, you will still have the opportunity to revise the Site Policy at a later date and agree, in order to access your courses.


How can I see the Policy I consented to?

After consenting to the Site Policy, you will be able to review the content of that policy at any time. By going to your Profile, you will see an "Administration" area where there is a link to "Site Policy Consents".

From there, you will see the name of the Policy, the version, language, your response, and the date of consent.


How can I update my consent status?

If you have consented, and want to withdraw your statement, you can go to the Policy you consented to, click the name, and update it to "Disagree/No Consent".

If you have not consented, and want to consent, simply click a course you want to access, and you will again be prompted with the Site Policy.
